Full Job Description:

Our client in West and East London are currently looking for a Qualified Teachers to work in their SEN/Special Schools for pupils with autistic spectrum conditions.

Objectives of posts:

To undertake and deliver a variety of high quality structured educational activities/packages with ASC children and young people who are currently out of formal education, as specified in their Individual Education Plans and Service Proposals and as defined by the supervising Education Case Manager.

To promote the interests and ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people in accordance with good practice and the policies and procedures of the organisation.

To manage delegated tasks within the organization, as defined by senior staff.
To represent the company positively at all times by reflecting its mission statement, core philosophy and ethos and by reflecting good educational practice.

Summary of teaching post:

To deliver and manage a high quality learning programme to a pupil/pupils, who has ASC and does not attend mainstream education.

Teachers are responsible for high quality teaching and learning.

Delivering lessons according to an agreed timetable.

The successful candidates must:

- hold Qualified Teacher Status

- have at least 1 to 2 years experience working with ASC pupils at the secondary level and be committed to working with ASC pupils.
